Inspection Commission

Duties and authorities:

Article 11: Tasks of the Inspection Commission:

1- Visit the place of the guild union and submit a report to the union on the persons applying for the issuance and renewal of the license.

2- Cooperation with the inspection and supervision units of the city’s chamber or the organization and administration of industry, mining and trade in the implementation of special surveillance plans or seasonal specific inspections.

3. Identify and submit reports on Unlicensed Units.

4. Performing other referral activities by the chairman of the union.
