Duties and authorities

Article 9 – Duties of the Technical Commission:

 

  1. Coordination for conducting a technical qualification examination from applicants willing to receive the license with the permission of the relevant organizations (or in the form of a memorandum or agreement with them) for technical services.

 

  1. Comment on the determination of the technical tools and space required for obtaining a license.

 

  1. Review and professionally comment on referrals cases from the Dispute and Complaints Settlement Commissions.

 

  1. Cooperation with the Union in order to form a commodity exchange, market times and place of commodity deployment.

 

  1. Commodity and service pricing.

 

  1. Comment on the time of work of the guilds and the traffic rules for the issuance of licenses.

 

  1. Carry out other referrals from the union.

 

Educational Commission

 

Article 10 – Duties of the Training Commission:

 

1- Need assessment, planning and coordination of training courses.

 

  1. Cooperation in conducting training courses for applicants interested in issuance and renewal of a business license (Article 30 of the Law), also to examine and make proposals for the training courses needed to enhance the knowledge and skills of the members.

 

  1. Cooperation in the organization of specialized technical training courses (job skills) in order to raise the level of information and technical skills and improve the efficiency of the owners of guild units.

 

  1. Carry out other referrals from the union.
